Day 1: Tuesday, September 21st, 2010
Group Flight to Venice
Day 2: Wednesday, September 22nd
Benvenuti to Italy
Meet your tour manager at the airport for a transfer to your hotel near Venice. Private Mass option at local church.
Welcome dinner with local specialties.
Day 3: Thursday, September 23rd
Venice In-Depth - High Mass
Start your day with a boat ride to Venice and a guided city tour visiting Piazza San Marco, Bridge of Sighs and St. Mark's Cathedral, where your choir will sing for High Mass.
Dinner in Venice and overnight near Venice.
Day 4: Friday, September 24th
Via Padua to Tuscany
Continue to visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony. Opportunity to celebrate/sing High Mass and meet with Franciscan Friars.
Continue to Tuscany. Lunch at vineyard to sample regional flavors.
Overnight stay in Florence.
Day 5: Saturday, September 25th
Florence Visits - High Mass
See the many highlights of Florence. Sing and celebrate High Mass at Duomo or at Santa Croce. You will also see: Santa Maria del Fiore & the Accademia Museum.
Free time, lunch and dinner on your own.
Day 6: Sunday, September 26th
Under the Tuscan Sun
Embark on a leisurely excursion to Siena and pay your respects to Saint Catherine at her shrine, then visit the city and Duomo.
Free time to enjoy the beautiful countryside, shop, etc.
Day 7: Monday, September 27th
via Assisi to Rome - High Mass
After breakfast, continue south to the Eternal City. Stop in magnificent Assisi, visit the Basilica of Saint Francis, the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, Capella Del Transito, and Basilica of St. Clare.
Lunch in Assisi and option to celebrate Mass.
Continue to Rome, see the magical squares (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.) Check-in and free evening.
Day 8: Tuesday, September 28th
Rome In-Depth - High Mass
Visit the Eternal City with a local guide; starting with the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Free time for lunch in the area.
Then see the Roman Colosseum and Roman Forum. The choir sings for High Mass at St. Peter's Basilica.
This highlight can be followed by a formal concert in a beautiful Roman church to an appreciative audience.
Day 9: Wednesday, September 29th
Papal Audience and Farewell
Participate and sing in the Papal Audience. How about vising the Vatican Gardens or the beautiful Villa Borghese? We can also include a visit to the sights just outside of the city walls: The Basilica of St. Paul's, The Appian Way and the Catacombs (option to celebrate Mass).
Afterwards, gather for a private farewell feast with local specialties and music.
Day 10: Thursday, September 30th
Rome Departure
Return with memories to last a lifetime!

Evansville Flight Schedule with Delta
Departure from Nashville to Italy
September 21th, 2010
Depart from BNA (Nashville) at 3:50 pm and arrive at ATL (Atlanta) at 5:55 pm on Delta 1515.
Leave ATL (Atlanta) at 7:25 pm on Delta 180 and arrive next day, September 22nd in VCE (Venice) at 11:05 am.
Return from Italy to Nashville
September 30th, 2010
Depart from FCO (Rome Fiumicino) at 9:45 am on Delta 71 and arrive same day in ATL (Atlanta) at 3:20 pm.
Leave ATL (Atlanta) on Delta flight 5309 at 5:20 pm and arrive back in BNA (Nashville) at 5:34 pm.
