Timeline for Planning & Promoting Your Pilgrimage...

12-16 Months before departure
Itinerary: Work with Faith in Travel to plan your itinerary and dates of travel. 
 
6-12 Months before departure
Promotions: This is the main time to promote your trip. CLICK HERE to learn more about promoting your trip.

Ideal timeline for group promotions:
300 days prior to departure:               Make the initial booking
8-10 months prior to departure:         Create/request your marketing materials                                                         
8-10 months prior to departure:         Host your travel show and begin actively promoting
Up to 120 days prior to departure:     Individual deposits are due

Registrations: Registrants mail in their completed registration forms and registration deposit. Faith in Travel will mail each passenger an invoice, with final payment due 90 days prior to departure. 
 
3-6 Months before departure
Meetings: Host meetings locally with your group so you can get to know each other.  
 
110-days before departure
Registrations: By this date, you want to have most of your group 'sold-out.'  
      
100-days before departure
Faith in Travel will e-mail each registrant a reminder notice, indicating the final payment amount and due date. 
 
90-days prior to departure
Each person must have sent in their final payment to Faith in Travel by this date.  
 
14-21 days prior to departure
Faith in Travel will mail to the group leader their airline ticket, travel documents (showing hotel information, etc), plus travel wallet and luggage tags.
 
Upon arrival at your destination, you will meet your Tour Manager/Guide who will accompany your group throughout your pilgrimage.
